Cancellation by the Travel Agency • In the event of cancellation initiated by Tour Up In Europe, a full refund on the tours, including credit card fees, will be provided. 5. Adverse Weather Conditions • In the event that the Customer chooses to cancel any excursions or activities included in their contract with Tour Up In Europe due to adverse weather conditions, no refund or compensation will be provided for the affected arrangement or service.
