The guide will welcome you and provide general information about French history during the journey, which takes approximately 45 minutes. 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM Versailles, Trianon & Gardens Visit Explore Versailles with your guide, who will provide explanations about its rich history and inhabitants, including many interesting facts about Louis XIV, Marie-Antoinette, and their contemporaries. Visit the Big and Small Trianons and the Hamlet de la Reine with private access by car. 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Optional Lunch We can book a lunch for you in one of the local restaurants. 1:00 PM Return to Paris The journey back takes around 45 minutes, depending on traffic. 1:45 PM Arrival in Paris Drop off at your hotel. The day full of French royal history is ending, but we will be happy to meet you again. Note: The start time and content of the tour can be adjusted according to the clients' wishes. P.S. The company does not take responsibility for any unexpected closure of the Palace of Versailles. Please note that if you book on a Monday, only the gardens will be open. We can alternatively offer you a visit to another château or a city tour around Paris instead.
Cancellation Policy
By making a booking, you agree to the Cancellation policy and acknowledge that all services are provided as-is. 1. For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure, we offer a full refund, less a 10% bank or payment service fee and a 15 % handling charge. 2. Non-Refundable Services • All services provided, whether in full or part, during your tour are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance for failure to join the tour, unused tour bookings, any other services not utilized, or for a partially completed vacation. 3. Dissatisfaction and Personal Expectations • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, including but not limited to, the structure of the tour, the guiding approach, or the presence and conduct of tour guides, will not be considered a valid reason for a refund. 4. Cancellation by the Travel Agency • In the event of cancellation initiated by Tour Up In Europe, a full refund on the tours, including credit card fees, will be provided. 5. Adverse Weather Conditions • In the event that the Customer chooses to cancel any excursions or activities included in their contract with Tour Up In Europe due to adverse weather conditions, no refund or compensation will be provided for the affected arrangement or service. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
